To consume orally, place the dose under the tongue for 20-30 seconds before swallowing. The longer you hold under the tongue, the higher the absorption rate of beneficial ingredients. 

Recommended starting dose is 0.5ml (25mg CBD) taking 1-3 times a day depending on CBD experience. Our pipettes are measured so you can precisely track your dosage. A rule of thumb is to start low and go slow. Effects of CBD Oil can be gradual and a regular daily routine of 2-3 weeks is recommended to maximise the benefits.
