SHIPPING & RETURNS
JACANA understands that our customers rely on our products for everyday support. We maintain accurate inventory on our website, and any products that may temporarily be out of stock will be reflected on our site.
To keep your timelines clear, all-in stock products ship as stated on our Order Processing Time below. We do not “backorder” or allow you to place orders for products we cannot immediately fulfil / ship to you.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
We process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days of ordering and then shipped. Please note that orders placed on the weekend are not fulfilled until the next working day. In situations where products are in high demand, processing time can take longer up to 5 working days.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
SHIPPING COSTS AND TIMELINES
We offer free shipping on orders over $100 using USPS Priority Mail. For orders below $100, a flat rate of $5 is charged per shipment.
ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME
Shipping times across the country can vary, but our fulfilment is generally within 3-5 business days from when your order was placed.
Factors outside our control such as weather, COVID or others may delay our shipments to you, and we will do our best to update you of any unforeseen changes.
JACANA will send you an email with an order confirmation & details once your order is placed. Tracking information will be provided within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us.
Occasionally it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If the tracking information is not updated after 5 days you place the order, please contact us at our customer support email for quick assistance.
Please ensure all delivery information is correct, If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order.
CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS
Though we cannot guarantee any shipping changes once an order is placed, please contact us within 12 hours from placing your order.
We only ship within the US at the moment. If you are located outside of the US, please contact us for more information.
It is the responsibility of the buyer to correctly enter shipping address including any apartment/ unit numbers.
We strive to make your experience with us as best as it can be. If for whatever reason you’re unsatisfied with your order, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
